Almeria 2018
Event in pictures
We have just returned from our last track event for 2018 at the glorious Circuito de Almeria in southern Spain. We stuck to our usual format of 3 days on track using an open pitlane format and only 50 riders at the circuit, which means you get all the riding you could possibly want on a clear, safe circuit.
The customer bikes for the event were collected from our Alton Motorrad Centre and transported down to the circuit. All they needed to do is get on a plane and meet them there – a 4* hotel on the coast in Aguadulce was provided on a single room occupancy and half board basis and training was available from ex-MotoGP and WSBK star Simon Crafar along with the excellent Notso-fast.com rider training and even a cameo appearance from another MotoGP star, Jeremy McWilliams (mainly on the rear wheel).
Organisation was expertly provided by Charles at Farside Sportbiking and our own Jason provided tyre changing and technical support.
We would like thank everyone who joined us and made it such an enjoyable time! Keep an eye on our ‘Events’ page if you would like to join us in 2019 as we will have lots going on including a return to Estoril and Almeria being on the cards.

Hi
Just reading about the trip to Almeria Raceway
We have a house about 40 mins ride away from the circuit, in Mojacar Playa.
We would love to take the bike down and meet everyone at the circuit, not for the track but more for the crack.
We are picking up our new F800GT this Saturday and would like to get involved with a few club activities, and think the Almeria trip would be great with our house being so close.
If you could please let me know prospective dates for 2020, that would be really good.
Best regards
Graeme & Lindsey.
